The foundation for this sauce is built on the powerful trio of onion, garlic & ginger. These three ingredients are known for their anti-viral, anti-fungal and gut-loving properties. With most takes on butter chicken sauce, the flavour of the tomato is most prominent but with our version, the tomato takes a back seat to premium quality spices to layer in the curry flavour. To round it all off we incorporate a luxuriously smooth cashew cream to bring that creamy richness to the sauce without the discomfort of dairy products.
